Workshops
After more than a decade leading UX and design teams, I’ve seen what actually moves people: getting everyone in a room with a whiteboard and a lot of post-its, and letting the team define what good looks like for themselves. People don’t resist change because they’re difficult. They resist it because no one asked them. Workshops create the space to ask, and to build something together that actually sticks. I work with teams on-site or virtually on communication, team dynamics, and the leadership and relationship skills that shape how work gets done day to day.
Workshops can be in-person, online, or hybrid and adjusted for half or full-day.
Feedback is a Gift
Most feedback training stops at delivery. This workshop takes it one step further, covering how to give and receive feedback in ways that are authentic, productive, and impactful. Teams leave with actionable strategies for stronger communication, a shared language for tough conversations, and a clearer sense of how to get better together.
Building Strategic Relationships
The pressure to move fast and the pull of screens have made genuine human connection tougher to prioritize, and easier to get wrong. This workshop helps teams learn to read the room, listen for what’s not being said, and build the internal relationships that make work move forward with meaning. Originally designed for sales teams and consultants, it’s adaptable for any team that needs to strengthen how they connect
What No One Tells You in Management Training
This workshop is for new and experienced managers who want to lead in a way that’s honest, human, and sustainable. We cover how to adapt your style to individual team members, recognize stress and disengagement early, navigate conflict, and understand what actually motivates the people you manage.
Difficult Conversations: You Absolutely Can
Hard conversations don’t get easier by avoiding them, but most of us do it anyway. This workshop covers why conflict avoidance is so common, and more importantly, how to move past it. We get practical: real scenarios, real language, and role play to build the muscle memory that makes hard conversations feel less impossible
