About Me
I’m a leadership and organizational development coach. In an age when we keep reaching for tech-driven solutions, most of the hard problems still come down to understanding people first.
I’ve spent over a decade leading UX teams in healthcare and fintech, building relationships across organizations to break down corporate siloes, and using humanity to fill in the wide gaps that AI can’t fill. That experience shapes how I coach: I’m not theorizing from the sidelines. I’ve navigated the competing demands, the organizational politics, and the “do more with less” reality that new and mid-level leaders live every day.
I also know what it feels like to lose touch with your values, to want to grow but not know where to start, and to quietly wonder if you even want to stay on the path you built, without anyone in your corner who really gets it. That’s exactly why I started this work, and why I get up every day. I love asking questions, connecting dots others miss, and helping people unlock answers they didn’t know they had.
When I’m not at my desk, I’m out and about in the Raleigh community. I was a board member and chair of the women’s leadership committee for the Beehive Collective, which was a women’s giving circle in Raleigh (remember the Bee Ball?) I’m an ambassador and volunteer for No Woman, No Girl, a small and mighty organization that gives period and toiletry products to women and girls in need. And I’m a chaperone, volunteer, and advocate for my son’s school and Wake County Schools in general because they’re mind-bogglingly excellent.
I also give uninvited TED talks on the UX of everyday life, public transit, the excellence that is the state of Maine, my most recent reads, bourbon, and local restaurants.
My core values are communication, efficiency, collaboration, integrity, humor, and work/life balance. I’m an Enneagram 2w3 (The Host), an ENFJ (Protagonist), a DiSC D, and an Oxford comma enthusiast, so you can’t say you haven’t been warned. I’m a former New Englander (GO SOX) living in Raleigh, NC, with my husband, son, and a very opinionated cat.
